Refund
Replacement
01. Refund
We offer full refunds to customers who receive flowers in unsatisfactory condition within 24hours of delivery if they meet the criteria below. All refunds must be processed within 24 hours of delivery of the flowers. If it is after this 24hour period, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your flowers or item must be in the same condition that you received it in and must be in the original packaging. To process your refund, we also require photos of the flowers that indicates your request for a refund and for our for records.
Gift card are non-refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be your order number (for example #1111) which is located on your confirmation email sent to you after the completion of your purchase. Please do not send your purchased flowers back to In Vogue Blooms.
Once your refund request is received & photographs are inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received a request for a refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-4 working days.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again in a few days time as payments can often take a few working days to be processed. If you still have not received your credit, then we suggest contacting your credit card company or bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@invogueblooms.co.nz
02. Replacement
If you do not require a refund we will replace the flowers or items you purchased if they are damaged. If you would like to receive a full replacement for the same item, please send us an email at info@invogueblooms.co.nz
03. Billing Infomation
We accept: Credit card payments (MasterCard, and VISA) via our secure payment gateway, Paypal, POLi Internet Banking, Wechat pay, Alipay.
ALL PRICES ARE IN NEW ZEALAND DOLLARS (NZ$) unless otherwise stated.Your order delivery should be completed within 3 - 4 days of receipt of order within NZ once full payment has been made.
Rural deliveries may take a little longer.
Please ensure you choose a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel (Signature Required).
