1. How soon will my order be processed?

Orders are processed during normal office hours, which are 8.30 a.m. - 5.30 p.m. Monday to Friday and 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. on Saturday.

For orders going out of the CBD please order before 1pm.

For orders in CBD, please order before 4.00pm

Any orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the following business day. Same day delivery can usually be achieved where the order is received before 1pm on a weekday or 12 noon on Saturday. Orders placed outside of these hours, or orders going to a rural delivery address may not be able to be delivered on the same day. Where this is the case, In Vogue Blooms will send your order for the next available delivery.
